A very beautiful and large shopping arcade. The place is very clean. The shopkeepers are mostly very pleasant. It's possible to have lunch outside, right next door.

A clean and pleasant shopping centre, ideal for families.

It’s a shopping mall where you can find everything you’re looking for, yet you can’t even charge your phone. A charging area has been set up, but not a single power outlet or USB port actually works. Most of the scattered outlets found elsewhere don’t work either, and the ones that do are always occupied by someone. Why aren’t these outlets made functional?

Very busy on weekends, but pets are allowed. Hopefully, people won't litter.

The shops were better before, they're a bit boring now.

MUSE is a shopping center with a good number of shops, which is regularly updated with new stores and is generally well-maintained. The arrival of the Leclerc supermarket is also a real plus. So there are some positive aspects to highlight. On the other hand, the experience can quickly become quite difficult. The center is very crowded and there is a huge amount of stimulation: lots of people, lights, smells, noise, and visual information. Personally, as an autistic person, I find this accumulation particularly tiring. It's exactly the kind of place where I can quickly feel overwhelmed and where staying for long becomes difficult. For someone with high sensory sensitivity, even twenty minutes can sometimes be more than enough. The restrooms are also often very crowded, with a build-up of heat and odors that can be quite unpleasant. I would like to point out, however, that the cleaning staff are present and do their job, which is appreciated. On the other hand, the water pressure from the taps is so low that you sometimes have to wait quite a while to rinse your hands properly, and the soap often seems very diluted. These are small details, but they make using the restrooms less pleasant. I also had a very negative experience with a sales booth in the past. I was approached and solicited very insistently for about twenty or thirty minutes, and it was very difficult to make it clear that I didn't want to buy anything. I ended up paying around €400 for products I didn't even really want to buy. I realize that this experience doesn't necessarily represent how the center currently operates, and I actually have the impression that this type of aggressive sales tactic has calmed down since then, but it remains an experience that left a strong impression on me. Ultimately, MUSE remains a convenient shopping center that offers a lot of things, but it's not necessarily a place where I feel comfortable spending a lot of time. The atmosphere is very stimulating and can be particularly challenging for neurodivergent individuals or those with sensory hypersensitivity. The center has its merits, but improvements regarding comfort, restrooms, and especially the management of stimulation and sales approaches would be truly welcome.
