"I recently dined at the Belle Île en Mer restaurant and I would like to share my experience. Upon arrival, the service was correct, efficient without being exceptional. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the sea bream accompanied by rice cooked in the West Indian way - a real delight which transported me to other latitudes. The atmosphere there was calm, perhaps a little too much for some, because it lacked that little bit of human warmth which usually enlivens Creole places, probably due to the fact that there were not many of us that evening. Despite this, I highly recommend this restaurant. You really feel the effort put into preparing the dishes to offer an authentic experience. However, there was a slight downside regarding the entrance: the Cod Accras. Although they were pleasant in taste, I got the impression that they were not homemade, which is a bit disappointing for a restaurant of this caliber. In summary, Belle Île en Mer is an address to try for lovers of Creole cuisine, with just one small point to improve." A big thank you to the waitress who made us feel at ease from the start.
