Good morning, We had the opportunity 1 week ago to stay one night in your hotel which pleasantly satisfied us both in terms of the welcome, the room service and the perfect quality of the evening meal as well as the breakfast. . As far as we are concerned, excellent location for the activity booked the next day (Circuit de Folembray). Good luck, we recommend. Go there with your eyes closed. Vankeymeulen F.

Beaucoup d'attente et des assemblages pas toujours opportun. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Personnel sympathique mais manque d'organisation...

Hier gedineerd toen we in het hotel sliepen. Kleine wisselende menu kaart. Leuke gerechten. Lekkere amuse vooraf. De gazpacho was prima. Als hoofdgerecht hadden we forel en een Angus biefstuk. De biefstuk was prima net als de verse frietjes. De pepersaus was iets minder. De gekozen forel filet was echter een foute keuze. Niet dat hij niet goed was maar het was de eerste keer forel voor mijn vrouw. Ook was het dessert inderdaad wat zoet. Wel vriendelijke bediening.

07/07/2024: We came to visit the town of Coussy le Château with friends. We found this little restaurant in the small square where we were parked. We opened the door and were very surprised by the quality of the cuisine and the service. The dishes were good and plentiful. We are not disappointed. The waitresses were pleasant and friendly throughout the meal. I recommend.
