You should make this restaurant a destination. Absolutely fantastic food. Sitting next to a fountain and a babbling river. Looking up at the pine covered mountains. Life and living in France is famous because of restaurants like this one. (Yes. I’m a tourist. No. I don’t know the owner. No. He didn’t ask me to write this. Yes. It’s a bit of a distance from Nice but so worth the ride.)

Lunch on the terrace by the water. We received a very warm welcome from the owner, and the menu offered a selection of homemade dishes. We tried the seared tuna with poppy seeds and the cod in a citrus crust. Two flavorful dishes, perfectly executed. A very good place to eat! 😁
