Both the restaurant and the bar are ideal places to spend a wonderful time in good company. The quality/price/service ratio is undoubtedly one of the best in the city. I highly recommend it.

Nice restaurant inside the hotel. The tasting menu for €50 was excellent! The oysters and lamb fillet were delicious! The cheeses were plentiful. Very friendly service. It's a shame the wine selection is limited and quite expensive...

A lovely lunch to celebrate Mother's Day. We walked through the hotel's stunning entrance. The staff were very welcoming. The restaurant staff were excellent, and the food was delicious and flavorful.

05/06/2026: The welcome is always top-notch, with smiles and good cheer, and the food is simply exceptional. After many years of enjoying your dishes, I can confidently say: you make the best tripe in France :) We live in the Paris region and gladly make the trip to come and enjoy them. Some people travel hundreds of kilometers to admire a monument; for me, it's for a plate of tripe à la provençale... Everything is homemade, prepared with passion, and at prices that remain more than reasonable. That's becoming rare enough to be worth mentioning. Thank you for your hard work, your kindness, and all the wonderful moments spent at your establishment. Don't change a thing!
