We were there on the holiday to have a little something to eat after visiting the castle. It was full, the tables were crowded and the service was quick, goal-oriented and cautiously friendly. The oysters and the scalloped mussels were very good.
We had the right service and ordered the right food.

Simply disgusting seafood pasta! The mussels were full of salted water, prawns which crumbled on their own, and pasta that had been poorly reheated. I also think that the chef had a very heavy hand with the salt, the dish was inedible because it was so salty, 24€ in the wind is a shame. As for the service, nothing to say, the servers are pleasant and efficient.

Interpellés par certaines critiques suspectement négatives, nous avons voulu en avoir le coeur net et sommes allés littéralement tester le Café Vienne, que nous avions fréquenté depuis environ 35 ans. À notre grand soulagement, il s’est avéré que c’était toujours de loin la meilleure brasserie de Perpignan. Le service était efficace et très aimable et la qualité des mets très bonne. Nous pouvons donc sans autre continuer à recommander le Café Vienne!

Early evening dinner for friends and two dogs. Very quiet, we’re English so eat early. Very welcoming. Attentive service, drinks order taken and arrived quickly. Pasta, Pizza and calzone superb - big pizza over just inside the restaurant. Decent base and tasty topping and very hot. Lots of outdoor seating under trees so shaded. Very impressive interior in the restaurant, reminiscent of a Viennese cafe ( hence the restaurants name) . Well worth a visit. They even had English menus so thank you
