A very warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere, and an authentic setting. Looking at the menu, the dishes are surprisingly composed, but the combination of flavors and textures works exceptionally well, resulting in dishes that are incredibly delicious. Highly recommended!

We've always loved the food at Carabasse! We've been trying to make dinner reservations for at least 3 years now, and every time it's full, and unfortunately, on July 7th of this year, when I made a reservation that was canceled on your website, you were expecting us on the same day! There was a glitch ☺️ I booked more than a month in advance, and finally we were able to come to your place on August 6th! Yesterday there were 4 of us, my husband missed the old menu: 2 starters, 2 main courses, and 2 desserts to choose from... I really liked the string of small dishes, the perfect starter, the average little ratatouille that we didn't understand with the kohlrabi with a still-present taste of chorizo oil even though it wasn't chorizo... We liked the shredded pork less, and we could have moved on to the fish, which was pure wonder with the coffee sauce, too bad with another 2 drops of hot sauce, the same chorizo taste on the little mirabelle plum... Both desserts were perfect! Overall, we missed the overly prominent "chorizo" aspect of the dishes! The quality is there, the artistic and creative side too, and the sourcing of local products is perfect 👍 The friendly young woman who served us wasn't very forthcoming in explaining the dishes to us, so we listened carefully to the other server's speech, which was remarkable! We found that the Chazzalis wines, which we no longer buy, have dropped significantly in price... we now buy our wines from the Lablachère cellar, which we find better, especially the Petit Gris ☺️ It was a very pleasant experience, and we'll be back to discover something new! I'm telling you, this isn't a criticism, don't take it that way, but in my job, I've always learned to question myself and constantly improve! Yann, your food is excellent 🙌 That was just our feeling last night! Thank you to the whole team for this great time!
