We came across Resturant Chez Momo by a very happy accident. My partner ate the couscous, which was, quite possibly, the best couscous, that we have tasted in a restaurant. I had a chicken tajine, which was delicious. The owner (Momo) made us incredibly welcome and was very attentive. We always have trouble finding a decent restaurant when we visit Auxerre, but Restaurant Chex Momo will become a regular for us.

VERY nice surprise. While passing through Auxerre, we had dinner in this restaurant with colleagues. We enjoyed ourselves, the meal was copious and extremely good. The meat is cooked over a wood fire and remains tender. We had a warm welcome from the owner.
