Excellent restaurant, the welcome and service are very friendly. The couscous was delicious. The meat is cooked in front of the customers in a very warm atmosphere. It's a lovely place where you can enjoy a great meal.

Superb restaurant, warm welcome, typical decor, and of course, exquisite cuisine served by the smiling and attentive owner. We wanted a royal couscous, traditional style, and it arrived piping hot, with its intoxicating aroma. My partner preferred a chicken tagine. Everything was delicious and in generous portions. For his birthday, our grandson, a couscous enthusiast, fulfilled his wish: to taste a real couscous! Thank you to the chef and thank you to our lovely waitress. The best part is the exotic background music that transports you. I highly recommend this establishment! The only downside: the dining room was a bit chilly; bring a light sweater in colder weather.

26/07/2026: We've been going there for over 10 years: never disappointed! On the contrary! We adore their shaded terrace (but in winter, the interior is also very pleasant). Their cuisine is wonderful; a guaranteed culinary journey; my taste buds always thank me for going! The service is ideal: attentive and discreet. The atmosphere lives up to everything else. A huge THANK YOU again to the team at Les Cèdres for the delightful evening we spent there! Oh, and don't forget to book!

09/09/2026: Everything was perfect. From a smile upon arrival, to excellent cuisine for the main course, and a chef who circulated among the guests to ask for their feedback, finishing with a homemade dessert? The complimentary tea for digestion was also very good. What more could you ask for? In short, finally an address worth mentioning and promoting. Don't change a thing.
13/06/2026: Couscous restaurants have almost all become mediocre, with poor-quality meat and broth that's almost always too greasy. Le Cercle is an exception. A delight: quality and freshness! An exception not only in Auxerre and the Yonne region, but also nationally. For example, despite my extensive experience, I couldn't name a single North African restaurant in Paris or the Île-de-France region in general that's as good as Le Cercle. Warm welcome and fast service to boot. Bravo!
