Traditional and exceptional cuisine. A short detour from the highway. The restaurant is run by the chef and a waitress, with a very warm welcome. Everything is made to order, so there's a bit of a wait, but it's well worth it. Absolutely everything was homemade and excellent. It's wonderful to still find restaurants like this. We had terrine, tournedos with pepper sauce, and calf's head, paired with a very good wine. I'm intolerant to egg yolks, and the chef prepared a small sauce on the side just for me to accompany the calf's head. Thank you so much, we'll be back!
The €17 set menu with fish in meunière sauce was excellent; the fish was cooked to perfection, and above all, the chef was passionate and the service was top-notch.
