A wonderful discovery, both in terms of the hotel and the restaurant. I recommend booking a room with a sea view, which is very close to the hotel. While parking isn't the most convenient, the major advantage is that it's free all around the hotel and year-round in Luc-sur-Mer.

A perfect place to combine peace and quiet, walks along the beach, and charming little restaurants. The rooms are welcoming and cozy, the breakfast is plentiful with quality products, not to mention the lovely view. An extra star for the very pleasant welcome from the hosts ☺️

We just spent the weekend in Luc-sur-Mer. I booked two rooms in this hotel. What a pleasant surprise when we walked in! The staff is charming, and the rooms and bathrooms are exceptionally clean (kudos to the housekeeping staff!). The bedding is perfect, and the breakfast is equally good. I'll definitely keep this address in mind for our next stays in Normandy. Excellent value for money.

We had an overnight stay before our ferry journey from Ouistreham. The location is great next to the coast, close to a number of D-day memorials/beaches. A warm welcome and everything explained. A very good meal and experience in the restaurant. The room was fine and had everything we needed, it warmed up once we switched on the radiator, but on arrival (January) it was a bit chilly. We weren't aware of some building/renovation work until we arrived, so it was a bit dusty with a 'building' smell. We are sure it will be perfect when completed. We would like to stay again and enjoy the wonderful restaurant. We did find a parking space but it was busy at the time we arrived.

20/08/2026: The service was unfortunately inattentive because my daughter dropped a fork and the waitress was right next to it and didn't bring a new one. The nuggets were actually awful. The children's portions weren't good either, and the fries were completely undercooked. Everything was cooked without any care, and this in the land of the Grand Nation! (Cousin Bistro Style Pistole 🤗) P.S. Only one toilet! 😆
15/08/2026: A bit disappointed by this restaurant where my wife dragged me. I wanted to try a burger, but I got frozen fries and a patty barely 1 cm thick (maybe it was a smash burger?). So, it wasn't cooked the way I ordered, but on the other hand, I can't really blame the cook given how thin it was… My daughter's goat cheese salad didn't look any better: a cheap Président/Soignon log cut into chunks, not even a decent goat cheese. Add to that a waiter who was a bit too pushy. I struggle to understand how anyone can remain a loyal customer of this restaurant when you can just cross the street to get a good burger with homemade fries.
