We spent a very beautiful, exotic weekend in a very pretty, atypical place. The staff is very professional and very friendly. The restaurant, a pure joy for the eyes and taste buds. Very well prepared dishes, quality dishes and incomparable flavor. Bravo to the chef and his team. The dishes are remarkable. A spacious castle bedroom. Comfortable bedding. The bathroom lacks a little comfort, and nothing to put down. It was cold outside but good temperature in the room.

I can only note the spa area because I only came for that and frankly I can only advise, a great clean place, decorated with care and a lovely person who takes care of you 🤩 Thank you for this great relaxing moment

We took the romantic package for €609 including a night at the castle, a meal at the restaurant (Amboise menu, expensive but very good), access to the spa and a massage for two (excellent). At this price, obviously, we expected the stay to be without any problems. But this was not the case. Difficulties in obtaining information before our arrival, errors in the schedules and in the content of our offer, quite a few organizational difficulties and, big negative point, a team leader who does not hesitate to rebuke his employees before our eyes. And no commercial gesture of course. The services remain of high quality (the castle is very beautiful, the park too... but impossible to walk there) but the quality/price ratio did not live up to our expectations.

Very nice experience at the restaurant, nothing to complain about! However, extremely disappointed with the spa: €30 (full price) even though the hammam is not functional and we learned from other customers, upon departure, that we were entitled to a hot drink included in the price . At no time did the staff communicate about the broken infrastructure or the drinks.

Just a little photo stop along the way on our journey. The castle is magnificent from the outside. We think the same goes for the interior but we didn't have much time and we didn't know if we could do it. It houses a hotel and spa.

Spa, hammam, sauna puis massage 1h30 en formule VIP, c'est top. Dîner menu dégustation 7 séquences avec accord mets et vin ... C'est vraiment délicieux. Les menus changent environ tous les 2 mois. Nous reviendrons car le château est superbe et le restaurant vaut vraiment le détour.

Très beau et très bon. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Tables espacées et ambiance feutrée. Il y a de la recherche dans tous les plats, et le pain est très bon. Attention à ne pas abuser des tuiles dentelles (il n'est peut-être pas nécessaire d'en mettre dans tous les plats, même si c'est joli). Quoi qu'il en soit, on se régale dans ce restaurant. Seul bémol à mon avis : le prix des verres de vin ou de l'accord mets/vins qui est très exagéré. Cependant et pour finir sur une note positive, les mignardises de fin de repas sont toutes à craquer (et à croquer).
