We were fortunate enough to live a wonderful life in Paris before moving abroad more than ten years ago. Every time we're in Paris, it's such a pleasure to return to this restaurant, which embodies the essence of good French cuisine: generous, authentic, and delicious, accompanied by a very well-chosen wine list at reasonable prices. It's rare to find a chef who masters both savory and sweet dishes with such talent. And then there's the atmosphere: a young, friendly, attentive, and hardworking team, which greatly contributes to the pleasure of returning. It has simply become our first choice when we're in Paris. And on sunny days, what a joy it is to enjoy the terrace, on a quiet street, in the heart of a neighborhood where you feel right at home. A place like this is the kind of restaurant we wish we could find more often in Paris.

The welcome and cuisine are old-fashioned, meaning warm and generous. The tables are sufficiently secluded to allow for conversation without disturbing others. There's a very good wine selection, and the traditional French cuisine is flavorful. Special mention goes to the chocolate mousse (with fleur de sel on hand) and the homemade rice pudding.

We had a lovely dinner. It was warm enough to sit outside. Relatively quiet street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a mushroom appetizer, monk fish and ravioli mains, and chocolate mousse for dessert. Gourmet quality. We'll go again. Reservation recommended.

Everything was perfect from beginning to end.

Tasty food from start to finish. We visited on a Friday at 2 pm for the last lunch seating, so the dining room was quiet while the team prepared for evening service. The chou farci was beautifully presented, but the real standouts were the stuffed morel starter and the chocolate mousse - which is generous enough for two to share.
