The setting is very pleasant but poorly heated. It's unpleasant to be cold while sharing a meal. The food was decent.

A night out with friends starting at 10:30 pm for drinks and dancing, which was awesome! The cocktails are very good, and DJ Toni Gardian was great. He mixes very well, with dishes for all tastes, and even accommodated my request. It was really great, we let off steam. We'll do it again, thank you!

We went with friends to share tapas. The selection is wide, and we had many dishes (a special mention for the citrus ceviche, which was excellent). The waiters and waitresses are all very pleasant, and the setting is very pleasant. A very good experience!

Quality cuisine. Responsive service, even pushy, with a mistake in the allocation of meat. However, this is forgiven because to err is human, and the food is very good anyway. The setting is very pleasant, too. I recommend it.

Great restaurant! The staff is really lovely. Our waitress took our allergies very seriously and found solutions with the kitchen, for each dish! Really thank you very much! Everything was very good, well presented, pleasant setting and decor, in short, I recommend it and we will come back with great pleasure, and without worrying about our allergies! (It's rare enough to be highlighted)

20/09/2024: As usual, excellent establishment. The staff is in a very good mood and the atmosphere is friendly. The cuisine is quite good, the quantities well suited. We will come back
17/09/2024: CLT for a few years, I don't go 12 months without going there at least once! Here the smile is big, the bill is small. You can enjoy it indoors with the charm of a listed building or on the terrace facing the town center of Montauban. You can go there with your eyes closed, you will enjoy yourself!!!

Le Bistro des Capucins

30/11/2025: Honestly, the 4-star rating is way overrated. The room cost €120 a night and overlooked the beautiful parking lot. The bathtub was tiny, there were black marks on the shower grout in several places (photos available), and the air conditioning kept shutting off automatically. Even when you turned it back on, it shut off again, so we were cold all night. A smart TV for Netflix would have been great… otherwise, the bedding was decent and the pillows were comfortable. The hotel itself is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful.
16/11/2025: Perfect hotel and excellent service. The upgrade to a suite was much appreciated. The bistro is convenient for a quick meal, and the restaurant is very good (both service and food). A great choice for a pleasant stay in Montauban.
