Excellent welcome to start. Magnificent setting, a spacious interior, and a large terrace overlooking the lake. The cuisine was refined and excellent, at least what I ordered: salmon tartare, steak with Provençal-style tomato, parsley butter, and new potatoes. And I hesitated because everything looked delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The other customers seemed very satisfied as well. Reasonable price considering the quality of the dishes and the overall experience. Kudos to the service, the kitchen, and the manager. I recommend it 200%. Go without hesitation, but with an open mouth. Enjoy your meal!

A quick stop at this restaurant, which we stumbled upon on our way from Vendée to Futuroscope. Drawn by its proximity to the lake, we discovered this establishment and found a table on the terrace, overlooking the water. The daily specials board looked appealing. We opted for the starter and main course, a choice we didn't regret. The starter buffet was surprising because everything on it was homemade. It's so rare these days that it deserves a mention. The main course was good, although we did have to point out to the waiter that the accompanying rice was slightly overcooked. A place we'll definitely revisit on a future trip.

The Restaurant du Lac is an excellent restaurant. The dishes are beautifully presented and delicious. The welcome and service are very pleasant, all in an exceptional setting.

This was our first time at "Terrasses du Lac." We hesitated because it was a public holiday (so it was expected to be very crowded) and a recent review was quite critical of the wait times. Well, we had absolutely no problems. The service was quick and friendly, and the meal (the tasting menu) was fantastic! And the setting is truly extraordinary; it must be wonderful outside in the summer. We'll definitely be back.

A magical place thanks to its location. Breathtaking view of the lake. The food was excellent. However, the service was completely disorganized. The wait before our order was taken was about 30 minutes, then everything arrived at once: the aperitif, the wine, and the first course. We didn't even have time to drink our aperitif before the starter arrived. Then, as there were three of us, one course arrived first, which we had to eat before it got cold, then the second course 20 minutes later, and then the third course 15 minutes after that, meaning we couldn't all eat at the same time. On the other hand, the waitstaff were very friendly, but I think there's a problem with training and, above all, organization. The two waiters often walk around without looking at the tables or what they could be doing to avoid unnecessary trips. This results in a considerable waste of time and energy. This establishment really wouldn't take much to be perfect. Come on, just a little more effort, you're almost there.
