16/09/2026: What a treat! It's certainly too short to summarize our experience, but it perfectly reflects what we felt throughout the meal. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth and kindness by the entire team. The decor also contributes to the charm of the place: the napkin rings, the tablecloths and cloth napkins, the elegant presentation of the sugar with the coffee, and the delicate porcelain flowers on the tables all demonstrate attention to the smallest details. The intimate dining room offers a friendly and cozy atmosphere, a far cry from impersonal establishments catering to tourists. The deliberately concise menu is a true testament to quality. It quickly becomes clear that the dishes are homemade using fresh ingredients. As for the food, it was flawless. The sole meunière and the seafood sauerkraut were absolutely delicious. The fish was remarkably fresh, enhanced without any artificial ingredients or sauces designed to mask anything. Here, the quality of the food speaks for itself. Every bite was a true delight. Gault & Millau recognized their hard work, and honestly, it's well deserved. The portions are generous and the service impeccable. A special mention goes to Ethan, who, with his smile, politeness, and infectious enthusiasm, is just starting out in a profession he already seems to be pursuing with passion. To finish, we couldn't resist the Baked Alaska: spectacular in its size and simply exceptional in taste. We enjoyed this experience so much that we stayed long after our meal, savoring this interlude where everything seemed to come together for a truly wonderful time. We also made a point of congratulating the chef, who is also the owner of the establishment.
