The food was absolutely incredible, nothing disappointed me. We chose the Ebis and Ibériko Buta menus, I sometimes dream about them at night.

The food is decent and the atmosphere is nice, but the staff is clearly overwhelmed at lunchtime... They're running around everywhere, you can tell the waitresses are stressed and even irritated. The manager who took my order was so inattentive that he messed it up without even apologizing... in short, he's good at business but lacks tact. I'm not sure I'll be back.

A truly authentic Japanese restaurant that focuses on what really matters, the food.
While the interior may not impress at first glance, everything we tried (and we tried quite a lot) was absolutely impeccable. We came as a larger group for dinner, and every dish was fresh, precise, and full of flavour.
What stood out the most, even the kids, usually quite selective, loved it.
Not flashy, but genuinely excellent. Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely fantastic.
My son, having lived in Asia for quite some time, recommended this restaurant to me the day I was visiting Paris.
Thank you for the warm welcome from Chef Luu, his son Marco, and their team.
The cuisine is exceptional; they have mastered that certain something that, for me, is very rare in France, and especially in Paris—it's more than delicious. Quality, flavor, and a reasonable price all come together.
