A very beautiful hotel that stands out from all the chains with superior room quality and top-notch service.

A hotel and restaurant that exudes the charm of Alsace, with extremely friendly staff and a lovely, well-maintained room. We spent two days there and will gladly return, if only to finally try the famous calf's head. 😉

A very pleasant short stay. The room was very clean but rather dark, with excellent service. Located just 20 minutes from Colmar, which is a major plus. I highly recommend it.

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. The room was welcoming and impeccably clean. The location was ideal for our sightseeing. We also enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurant. Above all, we thank all the staff who were so attentive, and especially Françoise, who was wonderful with our son. If we were to return to the area, we would choose this hotel again without hesitation. A real gem!

Very pleasant staff, superb hotel

The hotel is located in a relatively untouristy area, just off the corner. It was quiet, though. There's parking with a working charging station for electric cars. Dogs are allowed. There's an elevator to the second floor. Our junior suite under the eaves was quite spacious and had a terrace. Everything seemed new. The beds were the "Valentine" style. The bathroom was missing some basic toiletries (hat, earplugs, conditioner, nail file, etc.). Breakfast was okay, but there were no gluten-free options, no lactose-free milk, and no bacon or sausages to accompany the eggs. I also would have liked to see a kugelhopf (a type of Belgian flatbread). The restaurant serves typical regional specialties, and there are also daily specials. The wine list features mostly local wines that pair perfectly with the dishes on the menu. Overall, a good hotel for a weekend getaway.

Absolutely top-notch hotel. The accessible room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly attentive. The restaurant was flawless; everything was perfect. I highly recommend it!

Welcoming hotel, sufficiently spacious and comfortable room. The heating was excessive and difficult to regulate. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The restaurant was warm and inviting, with delicious food and attentive, efficient service. This is the hotel-restaurant's strong point: the staff is welcoming, attentive, and does their utmost to meet guests' expectations. I recommend it!
