Entry. 49.3333, 1.0968. Open from 5:00 AM. Don't arrive early. The gates are closed. Ring the intercom. The barrier opens. You'll see the office right away. We went out, removed the seal, and then the ramp. Ramps are right-hand drive. Not very convenient. The ramp is steep. For those driving a Volvo, we lift the front axle. Very good, but a word of advice... If possible, avoid going on Saturdays (it gets far too crowded).

I found everything I wanted. Friendly and attentive staff. They took the time to provide information and help if needed. There was a long line at the checkout, but the staff quickly opened additional registers – great! 😃

Three appointments for the design of our kitchen, three different consultants (Jilani, Axel, and Romane), and all three equally attentive, competent, and patient!
The consultants aren't on commission, and we could tell; they weren't pushy and gave us tailored advice without upselling.
We're now waiting for delivery, but we're not worried. We know other people who have had Ikea kitchens, and we haven't heard anything negative.
