A very positive experience at the IKEA in Tourville for designing my kitchen.
A huge thank you to the consultant Firdaousse, who provided excellent guidance throughout the entire project. She was very professional, attentive, and took the time to help me design a kitchen perfectly suited to my needs.
Her advice truly made a difference and allowed me to gain a much clearer understanding of my project.
I highly recommend working with her if you have a kitchen project at the IKEA in Tourville!

Had to ask for a replacement bottom of drawer, Hemmes, as it had warped and fell out. The returns staff were excellent and immediately replaced the faulty part. We now have to take the drawer apart to replace. Many thanks to your nice men.

It seems to me that the price/quality ratio is no longer up to par.
Some of the furniture looks rather cheap.

A very good experience at the IKEA in Rouen. The staff are attentive, available, and ready to help whenever needed, without ever being pushy. You can feel a genuine desire to make the customer journey simple and pleasant. Thank you for this level of service; it makes all the difference!

Large store, parking is always difficult on weekends despite the huge car park. The returns service is extremely slow and poorly organized, which is a shame.

Large parking lot, easy access. Clean, pleasant store.
The major drawback: no more cashiers, only self-checkouts, resulting in random checks, wasted time, and no one to help immediately. This system replaces the human touch with machines, and it saddens me. The same goes for food and drinks; you have to order and pay for them in advance at the checkout. There's no more information on ingredients or sizes... Deplorable!
