We visited IKEA twice for our project, and we wanted to thank the entire team. During our first visit, at the end of the day, we were assisted by Jérémie. Everything went perfectly: he was very attentive, available, and ready to help us throughout our project. We returned today to finalize it. We were greeted by a very kind consultant (blonde with medium-length hair (a bob), whose name I unfortunately forgot) as well as by Thomas, who helped us finalize our project while also saving us some money. A fantastic team! This was our first experience with IKEA's design service, and it definitely makes us want to come back, especially for another project in the future. We particularly appreciated the fact that we never felt pressured to buy anything. The team is attentive, takes the time to understand our needs, concerns, and budget, and provides the best possible advice. And for those who think IKEA isn't a real kitchen specialist, think again! We dealt with highly qualified consultants who are experts in their field: layout, technical aspects, compliance with standards, material selection, recommended dimensions, safety... We were pleasantly surprised by their expertise and professionalism. A big thank you to the entire team for your kindness, availability, and the quality of your support. We will definitely be back!

I like IKEA, but having to walk all the way through the store to get out when you've forgotten your measurements in the car is a real pain. 😁😁

I've just finalized the design plans for our kitchen, which will cost around €9,000. I'm worried about the installation company Guisnel, who installed Marie's kitchen and posted a completely negative review with photos at the end of December 2025, and I understand her dissatisfaction! So now I'm wondering whether to confirm my order, because if Guisnel installs my kitchen the same way, I won't go ahead with it. It's a no-go! So please reassure me as soon as possible and confirm that you have other companies you can use, otherwise I'll buy elsewhere. Twelve years ago, Agedis installed my first IKEA kitchen, and they did a remarkable job. I await your reply before confirming my order. Thank you.

We thank Adeline for taking the time to advise us on furniture for our baby's room. Not all the furniture we wanted was available, and it was no longer possible to order it. She was able to find us similar pieces that came as close as possible to what we initially wanted!
