5 stars, well deserved! We had a reservation for 11 people last night. Everything was perfect! The portions were very generous and delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. I recommend it 100%!

A delicious ribeye steak with generous sides, perfectly in line with the price. The service was efficient and pleasant. The only downside is a bit of ventilation in the central room with the exposed beams.

The setting is magnificent, and the ambiance aims to be both cozy and upscale. However, it wasn't our first visit, and we noticed a rather significant change in the quality of the food. The beef tartare was only 7cm long, and the new potatoes, once the restaurant's hallmark (we used to come just for them, they were so good), have become standard fare. So, overall, it was a decent meal, but it had declined in quality compared to our previous experiences and left us slightly disappointed. The service is pleasant and friendly, but this is somewhat misleading if the goal is to be a high-end restaurant. What I mean is that in a traditional inn or restaurant, there's no problem; the service was quick and pleasant, even informal (and that doesn't bother me at all). However, given the service and the food, I'm struggling to determine if the aim is to create a family-run restaurant or a high-end one, considering the costs, the setting, and the advertised menu. In this case, an adjustment to the service and the food might be a good idea (a large, unprotected bandage on a hand – a hygiene issue that many might find objectionable – waiters sometimes interrupting conversations at tables with their personal stories (again, I love that, unless you're aiming for a high-end image), a young, inexperienced waiter spilling a whole tray of glasses on a table and then panicking. It's not a big deal, and they're learning, no worries. But they also need to manage stress and know how to react to work in a high-end setting). In short, my (slight) disappointment stems from not knowing how the Jean de la Queue restaurant... is now positioning itself, and it has been sending contradictory signals from these 2 modes lately, such as a drop in quality.

Always very good, I've never been disappointed.
