Room 103 Arrival on 21/11, very good reception Morning of 22/11 breakfast reserved the day before arrived in the room at 9:00 a.m. all the boxes of pastries and breads were empty. No cups available. We had to wait 3/4 hours to get pastries and bread At the price of breakfast this is unacceptable. Concerning the room, the flushing is poor. The shower joints show significant traces of mold. Presence of snow in the aisles and parking lots but no snow plowed aisles to prevent customers from falling, the guard staff prefers to chat with their friend at reception.

Professionalism and friendliness of the staff is very appreciable. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. I recommend this establishment.

Good hotel chain welcoming quiet calm very correct

Second Kyriad Rouen Nord experience, the first time we were greeted by an unfriendly gentleman who did not smile and a lady who systematically cuts herself off wanting to share her life while we are in a hurry at the moment. In the morning pleasant service, meal at midday, the food was good and fast! But when we leave, a key deposit and silence seem like we are disturbing. But second chance, very pleasant, Laeiticia's welcome was very sunny, too bad still no elevator but a young man who helped us carry the suitcases. My wife and I spent a very good night with ceiling ventilation and very quiet which was relaxing. Breakfast was a real treat, quite complete, with 2 young people attentive to our requests! THANKS. The 2 staff are very different during our 2 experiences!!

Got a good price for a room on short notice. Room was alright, minor dirt but not a big issue. Lady working that night great amd spoke good English. Overall had a pleasant stay, would come again.
