A wonderful experience. The trout with Saint-Marcellin sauce is a little marvel, accompanied by a ravioli gratin of exceptional creaminess. You can taste the true flavors of the region. The service is extremely professional and quick. An institution that more than deserves its reputation. I highly recommend it!
