Excellent restaurant in the heart of Capbreton! We dined on the lovely terrace. The welcome and service, managed by a single person, were impeccable, as was the cuisine, which was delicate and delicious, also prepared by one person. Well done! We will definitely be back next summer.

Excellent time and very good meal!

I found the meat accompaniment unsuitable, with little flexibility for pregnant women overall. The products themselves, however, were very good.

A very personal and delicious restaurant, run by a husband and wife team. Everything is freshly cooked, so reservations are recommended, and it's advisable to check the menu and order beforehand. The service was perfect, even with a large group including children. The food was delicious and creative, with many wonderful and interesting flavors and spices. The interior ambiance is simple, but perfectly fine. We sat outside on the terrace, which was very quiet. We will definitely be back.

I have mixed feelings about my meal at La Cuisine. The appetizers were very good, but the portions were insufficient considering the price of the main course. We then chose the bluefin tuna, which was very good but absolutely not red; it was white tuna, and slightly overcooked, too. The main course, however, was good, and this time quite substantial. The desserts were good, though not unforgettable. There were a few errors in the service: the bottle of wine arrived already opened, the waiter asked us to choose one anyway, even though we weren't sure we wanted dessert, and the waiter came halfway through the course to ask if we intended to have cheese afterward... In short, not a bad evening, but I don't think I'll go back.

Tucked away in a narrow alley, lulled by the bustle of the night market, the cuisine offers a delightful interlude. The ingredients are fresh and local, the cooking is refined, and the combinations are surprising, like the bay leaf ice cream paired with roasted apricots. Take the time to pause, slow down time for a moment, and let yourself be guided, as we were, by the €60 tasting menu.
