1st mixed experience: it was good but no more sophisticated than what I would have made at home. I found the quantity of duck breast a light chouille, the cooking was perfect with an original blueberry sauce, garnished with a steamed carrot, new potatoes and some crunchy mange tout. The desserts were good. The service was variable, alternating between a very friendly but somewhat airheaded server and another who was more efficient but sometimes had scathing responses. I will be nearby and will return there on occasion but I will not do the 1 hour round trip again.

Great restaurant in the Pays de Gex. Warm welcome, refined food and choice of dishes for all tastes. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. We will gladly come back!

A good time at the restaurant with the family! I'm taking away the 2 stars from the kitchen because of the beef cuts. The prime rib was very rare, but really too hard to chew. For prices that are still quite high (35 Euros per dish), we would like tender meat.
Otherwise, an impeccable and attentive team!
I will come back to try other dishes on the menu!

Perfect egg, perfect, 21 Euros for a small slice of foie gras, good, but too expensive, very good main courses, on the other hand the gourmet coffee at 12 Euros, 4 mini cakes and basta, it's not cool.

The food is good, the service is friendly. Very good value for money. Disastrous decor on the other hand, totally mixed without style. But this does not affect the quality of the dishes. Very nice chef.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment aux Cocottes Gessiennes. Le personnel est très chaleureux, et les ris de veau aux morilles sont une vraie merveille. À bientôt !
