Restaurant le Familial sur Valence

I love Maghreb cuisine and I’m a fan of Le Familial. The welcome is great and the owners are very friendly. As for the most important thing, the contents of the plate, it is divine. We enjoy it every time...and it's plentiful. Keep it up, hearty and generous, you are right!!! We went back on 11/18/2024, it's been a while and it's still perfect, good and plentiful.

Good couscous, and pleasant service, good

The family restaurant is the base of the oriental restaurant in Valencia. A Golden Family!!! I recommend. I've been going there since the opening or almost! About 40 years!!!

We were very late in serving the dish, waiting more than an hour and a half. The chef made a gesture which is not done everywhere thank you. Very good couscous, and well garnished.

In this enchanting place, where the lights are soft and subdued, the oriental restaurant "Le Familial" invites the guest to a feast of flavors. The walls decorated with delicate portraits, testimonies of refined art, transport the soul to distant lands. First, the chorba reveals itself, its golden broth warming the heart, sprinkled with fresh herbs and intoxicating spices, like a sweet scent of the desert. Then follows the lamb couscous, where the grains, light as satin, unite with the tasty meat, simmered for a long time in a spicy nectar, like a caress from the Maghreb sun. Finally, the Berber stew, in a whirlwind of colors and flavors, delights the palate, each mouthful revealing the wisdom of the cooks. Thus, this feast, a true ode to oriental gastronomy, charms the soul and delights the senses.

“A couscous to take away, is it possible?” Here I am very quickly with 2 portions of couscous balls. Very kind person. Prepare quickly: train to catch. Quantity: it's not copious, it's super copious. One slice would have more than satisfied two stomachs! Quality: I don't know what qualifiers were used. It's EXCELLENT. An experience to repeat. Bon appetit to you too.

Good couscous. On the other hand, I suffered from the heat, no air conditioning and for me it was really very annoying.
