Well, I arrived late at the hotel... and no one answered me... I told myself... that I'm going to have a bad night... my level of irritation was at its maximum when I received the call from the boss who reassured me and tell me “don’t worry, we’ll take care of you! I am welcomed by Stéphane it seems to me, and is most kind and friendly! He took the time to chat with me even late and he even apologized for the little misunderstanding!
The hotel outside… I said to myself… where did I fall??? But then the interior! All beautiful! All clean! Brand new! I was very pleasantly surprised!
