We had lunch here today, three adults, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this restaurant; it may not look like much, but everything is homemade and very reasonably priced.

Simple, generous, and very well-prepared cuisine. A friendly, local atmosphere, without any pretension. Set menus with daily specials including a drink (red or rosé wine) at unbeatable prices. Highly recommended.

We ate there on Monday, June 8, 2026, and it wasn't our first time. We've been going for over 20 years, 4 to 8 times a year on Mondays, market day, when we're in the area. The food is delicious, home-style cooking. They serve typical dishes that we rarely find back home in Brussels: calf's head, kidneys in Madeira sauce, brandade, and of course, duck prepared in every way imaginable. The set menu includes a starter (a crudité platter and some charcuterie), a main course (always two choices), cheese or homemade dessert, wine, and coffee for €15—a real bargain for the quality served. The first time we ate there, the menu was €11.50. I highly recommend it.

Excellent meal, the ribeye steak was very tender, I was very surprised as I'm not usually a big meat eater, and the homemade fries were great. I recommend it.
