We, the Mondeville Festival Committee, have been working for several years with Serge, a caterer from Calvados, who provides all our meals – often for over 300 people. The feedback we receive on the quality of his dishes is overwhelmingly positive: the flavor, freshness, and presentation are always excellent. We would like to emphasize not only Serge's professionalism, meticulousness, and commitment to hygiene, but also that of his entire kitchen team, who support him with talent and efficiency. A perfect experience for our wedding on August 2, 2025. We felt supported and listened to throughout our meetings and on the big day. The meal was excellent and served hot for 90 guests, which is rare enough to be noted! The service was truly the highlight; the servers were both invisible and attentive throughout the day.
