It's always a pleasure to dine with you. The setting is wonderful, with a unique view of the citadel for some, a view of the port and the Mediterranean for others, and finally, for mountain lovers like myself, a view of the Pyrenees plunging into crystal-clear waters, all under a blue sky and blazing sunshine. But the setting would be nothing without a perfect welcome, cuisine bursting with Mediterranean flavors, and discreet, personalized service that truly cares for its guests. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

Overall, we were disappointed. We had been here before, and the quality of service has declined.

Everything was perfect…the Neptune menu was superb, we thoroughly enjoyed it…if we could find a slight drawback, the chairs on the terrace were very comfortable, we were sinking in quite a bit!!…otherwise, everything was great 👌

The menu focuses on fresh seafood and seasonal regional products, all beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. Dishes such as the parillade de poissons, fresh oysters, and local anchovies stand out for their quality and balance, showcasing the best of the Mediterranean in an elegant way. Service is polished and attentive without feeling formal. The staff are professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, particularly when it comes to wine recommendations, which elevate the overall dining experience. While Le Neptune is positioned in the higher price range, the combination of outstanding food, impeccable service, and an extraordinary setting makes it absolutely worth it. This is more than just a meal — it’s a complete experience and a must-visit restaurant when in Collioure.

The service, provided by Adrien's team, is top-notch, with smiling, attentive, and consistently efficient staff. Finally, a word about the view (from the dining room or the terrace in summer), which sweeps across the bay and to the Royal Castle of Collioure – a view we never tire of. A very pleasant setting with a superb view of Collioure Bay. The New Year's Eve dinner was delicious and well-presented, with very attentive service. We were a little cold on the covered and heated terrace, but it must be said that the night was freezing.
