A beautiful place with a magnificent setting. All the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. The staff is welcoming, very attentive, and very professional.

Beautiful view, especially if you get a table near the bays. Excellent and refined meal. My only reservation was that the sweetbreads with morels were a little dry and lacked sauce and tenderness. The wine pairing was superb.

A huge thank you and congratulations to Chef Vincent for his talent, creativity, and the remarkable quality of his dishes. Each plate was a true culinary journey. The service was simply impeccable. A big thank you to the head waiter, Hadrien, for his warm welcome, professionalism, and constant attention throughout the meal. Thanks also to the servers, Bruno and Ryad, who were delightful, smiling, and very attentive, and who greatly contributed to making this evening perfect. And of course, a huge thank you to the entire team, both in the dining room and the kitchen, for their kindness, smiles, and remarkable work that make this place so pleasant and welcoming. And what can I say about the setting… dining facing the sea with this magnificent view of the famous Royal Castle of Collioure is a magical moment. Attempted to make an online reservation but we were placed on the waitlist, though the server sat us anyways as soon as we arrived. The food was delicious and the ambiance was great! 10/10 experience!

Pre-chilled champagne glasses and a great wine selection make this exceptional restaurant the best place to go in Colioure and the surrounding area.
