Excellent Full of meat The meat is not burnt but well cooked and is very appreciable in the mouth The bread is old-fashioned, it’s nice 7 euros fried kebab this kind of price was becoming rare In short, I recommend

24/12/2023: Très bel hôtel et accueil et disponibilité de nos hôtes excellents. Nous y retournerons et recommandons sans réserve.
22/12/2023: C'est un lieu d'exception au coeur de Troyes. Si vous souhaitez séjourner ici, je vous recommande cet hôtel.

09/03/2024: Being of Spanish origin, I admit to being quite demanding about the dishes offered by this type of restaurant and...frankly I was amazed by the excellent quality of the paella (with seafood) that I had. tested yesterday! A real delight for the taste buds 😋
26/01/2024: Impeccable hygiene, fresh food (fish) of high quality even for a cook like me. To be frequented without moderation. Ordered a mixed paella again for Tuesday evening. And what's more, the decor is nice. Philippe Henrion, craftsman in Troyes. I personally went to Spain for 15 days in April, I ate two paellas. Well the paella at the bodega was better. You have to understand that in Spain, we are considered tourists above all.
