Restaurant Le Parc "Joséphine" sur Saint-Hippolyte

We were very well received and the meal was perfect.

Staff, great place for meetings or meals, there's even a piano.

A good time had! We went there for my birthday, very good evening ☺️ Delicious gastronomic menu, very refined with quality products, I recommend. Only downside: the service is of a somewhat "amateur" quality for an establishment of this standing... discussions between colleagues which are heard by customers, a waitress scolded her colleague with very little discretion, from experience I can saying that normally what happens “behind the scenes” is not supposed to be heard or noticed by customers. We had a different server each time, which in itself is not disturbing but it would be nicer to have servers who each follow their table, it allows us to sympathize and build customer loyalty. In addition, no explanation of the dishes during service, I had to look at the menu several times in order to understand what we were being served, a bit of a shame for a gourmet menu where we also expect adequate service. In short, a most amazing menu but a few points to improve!

Super good hotel, the spa is magnificent with its hammam and sauna jacuzzi, swimming pool.... really top notch, the restaurant is delicious, the staff super friendly and very kind, I highly recommend. DZ.

Je suis venu à l'occasion du repas de Noël de mon entreprise le mois dernier. En entrée j'avais un filet de dorade grillé avec une petite ratatouille. J'ai pas beaucoup mangé de poisson en entrée mais cela m'a impressionné c'était très bon la dorade était très bien assaisonnée. En plat j'avais un quasi de veau en croûte avec des légumes de saison. Le veau était délicieux. En dessert j'avais du nougat glacé aux noisettes accompagné de pommes. J'ai trouvé le dessert original et très bon. Je recommande

Un lieu toujours au top, des plats raffinés, des chambres impeccables et du personnel à votre écoute.

Un accueil chaleureux et un dîner très très bon. Une réservation de dernière minute de notre part pour le Winstub, malgré une affluence importante liée aux marchés de Noël, ces derniers nous ont accueillis et même installés dans la salle du restaurant. Le serveur fort agréable et jovial nous a concocté un Irish Coffee version Alsacienne = un régal On reviendra.
