Restaurant Le Ponson Chez Flo Et Sasa sur Aubenas

During my business trip, I particularly appreciated the hotel's setting: the cleanliness of the rooms, its location (close to shops and main roads), and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay.

We spent one night there for a weekend. There was parking, and you could walk to Aubenas. The room was clean, small but perfect for sleeping, and the breakfast was very good. We ate at the restaurant next door, which was also very good.

Excellent communication with our representative. Arriving as a group of nine for three nights, well before opening time, we were able to collect our keys immediately upon arrival. The air-conditioned room was clean and well-equipped; our only complaint was that the bathroom was a bit small for taller people. The breakfast was very generous. The price was very reasonable.

Quiet hotel with good soundproofing, air conditioning, and free parking nearby. The managers were very helpful with local sightseeing tips. We were on the second floor. Large room and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast.

A pleasant surprise at this hotel for its value for money. A warm welcome, very clean rooms, much appreciated air conditioning, and a good breakfast. Excellent communication before our stay regarding our late arrival. I highly recommend it!

We received a very warm welcome despite our lateness. The location was central. It was just a little difficult to find a restaurant, but we managed with the help of some locals we met near the castle. No problem, if the opportunity arises again we will contact you. Positive experience: spotless room, very convenient access, and much appreciated air conditioning! We highly recommend it and will definitely keep the address in mind for a future stay.

The manager and his wife were incredibly welcoming. There's no more parking on the hotel grounds, but there's a car park right next door (ALDI). One small suggestion for improvement: consider adding a headboard (rattan, wood, etc.). It's not very expensive but more comfortable than the wall. Good value for money, and the bedding was excellent.

The hotel was clean, and so was the room. I don't recommend this hotel because of the staff (the manager, to be precise). On my app (and I have proof!), checkout was clearly marked as 11:00 AM, not 10:30 AM. The manager was waiting for us at the end of the corridor with no smile, no friendliness in his voice, as if we were intruding, even though we were perfectly within our rights to be in the hotel at that time. So, I was very disappointed with this stay because, as vacationers, we expect to be welcomed at least a little, especially since the staff's job is customer service, which includes a smile, conversation, a thank you, and checking if everything was alright with us. Not being practically chased out of the establishment!
