A perfect dinner for two, we opted for the "Saveurs" menu, with one of us enjoying chicory tiramisu for dessert. The dishes were incredibly original and delighted the taste buds with surprising combinations. We loved the pairing of langoustine with foie gras, as well as the sea bass roasted on the skin, and we were absolutely smitten with the Iberian pluma, a truly tender delight. The chocolate and cumin dessert was pure bliss (the tiramisu too 😉). And I haven't even mentioned the amuse-bouches we enjoyed while we waited... The service was relaxed yet professional, attentive and efficient, with a touch of humor but never overly familiar, and definitely not stuffy. The setting was elegant and welcoming, and the tables were spaced far enough apart to ensure privacy. In short, a 5-star dinner! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A truly beautiful establishment, undoubtedly one of the best in the region, both in terms of value for money and for the warm welcome, service, and the originality and sophisticated taste of the dishes. A truly delightful experience in a welcoming setting. The restaurants opening in and around Vannes would do well to take a page from this excellent establishment's book.
