I was at the restaurant, not the hotel, which was fantastic and a surprise. Just happened to be open while driving by! Totally recommend it.

We enjoyed delicious snails served on rustic plates, and an excellent beef fillet with Munster sauce, accompanied by cooked vegetables, delicious fries, and equally tasty spaetzle 😎. A great find! The service was very friendly and efficient! 😀 We highly recommend it.

03/11/2024: Cochonaille, very hearty dishes, prescoff raw vegetables, blood sausage, Alsatian trou, sauerkraut, pdt, knack, smoked sausage, bacon, collart, dessert cheeses, smiling and friendly waiters, good atmosphere. Small downside sauerkraut a little bland, but we had a great time
