Restaurant Le Saisonnier sur Fellering

Wow... straight to 5 stars! We were looking for a restaurant in the area... We made a reservation by phone for my wife and me... Super friendly! The owner, very kind, showed us the different ways to prepare fried carp... So, we started with snails in Pinot Noir, followed by a large, generous platter of four different kinds of fried carp and plenty of fries, paired with an excellent local white wine... A wonderful experience! For anyone spending a few days in the area or just passing through, this is a restaurant you absolutely must stop at! Top-notch!!! A very friendly young couple and delicious food. The fried carp is truly all-you-can-eat and among the best in the region. Competitive prices. We've been back several times and are always very satisfied. I highly recommend it! 👍
