The grilled food cooked in the fireplace is delicious, and I always receive a warm welcome. A reliable choice for lunch or dinner. Easy to get to, excellent in its simplicity. We'll gladly return. The live music evenings are also very enjoyable.

We were there for my son's 35th birthday, and it's always perfect. The meats were cooked to perfection over a wood fire. A real treat.

Delicious meats cooked over a wood fire. Special mention to the chef who masters all cooking techniques, including perfectly cooked meat. Very pleasant and attentive service. Bonus: the live music on some evenings. We went on a Friday, and a band was playing without disturbing our conversation at the table.

The restaurant is very pleasant, both the exterior with its lovely terrace and the very welcoming interior. The staff is delightful, and everything is done to make you feel comfortable. 12/07/2026: Hello, I booked for my boyfriend's birthday and we came with his 12-year-old daughter. I requested the smaller room for a more relaxed atmosphere, and it was perfect. The staff is helpful, polite, and, above all, responsive to requests. The cuisine is simple, refined, and of very high quality. The service is quick. All this ended with a very reasonable bill considering the quality of the experience. What more can I say? It was my first time at your establishment, and I will return with great pleasure.

18/07/2026: A warm welcome, just like the people of eastern France know how to offer, and cuisine worthy of Alsatian grandmothers. Eating sauerkraut in the summer was a pleasure and a feast; even the presence of the oven for the flammekueche was a welcome touch despite the heat. I felt like I was dining at the home of friends who know how to cook and host exceptionally well. Undoubtedly one of the finest restaurants in Toulouse's Colombette district...
05/06/2026: Seriously, if you want to enjoy a good Alsatian tarte flambée, I highly recommend it, it was truly delicious.
