The grilled food cooked in the fireplace is delicious, and I always receive a warm welcome. A reliable choice for lunch or dinner. Easy to get to, excellent in its simplicity. We'll gladly return. The live music evenings are also very enjoyable.

We were there for my son's 35th birthday, and it's always perfect. The meats were cooked to perfection over a wood fire. A real treat.

Delicious meats cooked over a wood fire. Special mention to the chef who masters all cooking techniques, including perfectly cooked meat. Very pleasant and attentive service. Bonus: the live music on some evenings. We went on a Friday, and a band was playing without disturbing our conversation at the table.

The restaurant is very pleasant, both the exterior with its lovely terrace and the very welcoming interior. The staff is delightful, and everything is done to make you feel comfortable. The food is excellent, and I will gladly return because this team deserves recognition for working so hard to satisfy its customers. Thank you.

05/08/2026: A wonderful time! The owners are incredibly kind and friendly, and the tarte flambée is truly excellent, cooked over a wood fire! A delight!!
18/07/2026: A warm welcome, just like the people of eastern France know how to offer, and cuisine worthy of Alsatian grandmothers. Eating sauerkraut in the summer was a pleasure and a feast; even the presence of the oven for the flammekueche was a welcome touch despite the heat. I felt like I was dining at the home of friends who know how to cook and host exceptionally well. Undoubtedly one of the finest restaurants in Toulouse's Colombette district...

09/09/2026: The best vegetarian plate I've ever had.
08/09/2026: The meat was very good, but unfortunately underseasoned. The accompanying potatoes were a bit too greasy and lacked salt. The chocolate mousse was excellent! The service was good, and the servers were very friendly. It wouldn't take much to make it perfect.
