A delightful surprise! Beautiful dishes, especially delicious and refined. We were warmly welcomed and given excellent wine recommendations (by the glass available). We also recommend the house aperitif (white wine, rum, orange, caramel 😜). Everything to ensure a truly enjoyable experience!

The dishes we chose were delicious, and the service was quick despite the owner working alone and the restaurant filling up as time went on. The food is fresh and flavorful. I will gladly return to this establishment and look forward to trying other menu items.

During our stays in Mimizan, we regularly eat at Le Vauclin. They are lovely, and the food is delicious and homemade. It's perfect! Thank you so much!

03/02/2026: We came as a group of four to enjoy the setting, a little removed from the center, and because of the recommendations we received. And honestly, we weren't disappointed at all! The dishes were generous and excellent, the service was quick, and the gentleman who served us was very kind! We've never eaten such good tagine or couscous in our lives. Congratulations to the chef! We 100% recommend the prune tagine, the chicken couscous, and the lamb chops with homemade fries! Signed: The Lyonnais (;
