31/07/2026: Excellent burger, the quantity is more than generous and the quality is great! I recommend it!

30/07/2026: Passing through Mimizan for the weekend, we decided to grab a big burger at Aloha. But I wasn't ready for it! 😅 I wasn't prepared to eat such a huge and delicious burger! One of the best I've ever tasted! I had the crispy chicken and bacon burger with a sauce of my choice (pepper for me). The homemade fries were also delicious. You need a good appetite to finish your plate, it's so generous! The quality (and quantity) for the price is very reasonable (€17.50 including a drink for this one). If you have the chance to eat in Mimizan: go check them out, the team is dynamic and lovely, and I loved the decor with the table/motorcycle! 👍🏻

Here, there's no mass-produced food or fast food disguised as a restaurant: everything is homemade, generous, family-style, and prepared with passion. The portions are substantial, and the chef himself serves and chats with his customers, adding a real touch of conviviality. A big thank you also to the owner, who welcomes and serves with such kindness, good humor, and a smile that you'll want to come back. An authentic place that truly makes a difference, and one I recommend without hesitation!

22/03/2026: Very pleasant and quiet on a Sunday. Excellent. The waiter was attentive before, during, and after the meal.

16/03/2026: Avoid the cocktails as they're not great, and there are no appetizers. The owner is friendly but works alone. The food is good, but there's not much choice. We won't be going back.

27/07/2026: Beautiful beach. The only downside is the very limited supervised area, which creates a significant concentration of people per square meter... Difficult to move around in there for bodyboarders...

The welcome lacked a bit of warmth: the service felt a little rushed, which is understandable in this industry, but a more relaxed approach would have been appreciated to make us feel more welcome 🤩. Fortunately, the young waiter definitely raised the bar with his pleasant and professional attitude, making the experience smoother and more enjoyable. As for the food, the dishes were perfectly acceptable, without any particular flaws. I was initially aiming for a 3-star rating… but there was a little twist at the end: when I paid the bill a bit too confidently (without checking 😅), a billing error was made, and the cashier caught up with me just before I left to give me the difference. An honest and much appreciated gesture that clearly changed my final impression. In short: an average experience, but saved by a good waiter and honest service at the till 👌🏿.

18/07/2026: A very wide selection of perfectly made cocktails. However, the food options are limited and the service leaves much to be desired: a very long wait to order and a rather cold welcome, in addition to wobbly tables covered in liquid. I would still recommend it for a drink on the terrace after the beach.
