07/09/2026: As a professional chef who has eaten countless pizzas in my life, I can assure you that this is one of the best I've ever had. The dough was exceptional, and the service was very pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

27/08/2026: As someone of Italian heritage, I can say – best pizza ever! Top-notch ingredients 👌 Buffalo mozzarella, ham, vegetables, etc. – all of the finest quality, and the preparation was simply perfect. It was served with chili oil in two strengths. I never would have guessed that I'd be eating the best pizza of my life in Mimizan, of all places, in France. 🌊🌞🍕🍷 Wishing the owners continued success and enjoyment.

21/08/2026: We had two different burgers (one of them vegetarian) and two different galettes (savory buckwheat crepes). Everything was absolutely delicious, and all the staff were incredibly friendly (even when we changed our order). Luckily, we arrived relatively early, so the four of us were able to get a table without any problems. But by 8:00 pm, all the tables were full. Highly recommended! 👍

Here, there's no mass-produced food or fast food disguised as a restaurant: everything is homemade, generous, family-style, and prepared with passion. The portions are substantial, and the chef himself serves and chats with his customers, adding a real touch of conviviality. A big thank you also to the owner, who welcomes and serves with such kindness, good humor, and a smile that you'll want to come back. An authentic place that truly makes a difference, and one I recommend without hesitation!

27/08/2026: The pizzas are really very good, but remember to order early (especially in the summer)! They sometimes stop taking orders at 8 pm. This is probably because there are only two of them!

14/08/2026: A superb spot for takeaway pizzas in Mimizan! Il Gato's pizzas are delicious, with a thin, light, and crispy crust, and perfectly balanced toppings. Having the privilege of having some highly regarded establishments in Blagnac, including a world pizza champion, I can say without hesitation that Il Gato truly holds its own. A wonderful discovery: quality, deliciousness, and expertise are all there. Bravo!

22/03/2026: Very pleasant and quiet on a Sunday. Excellent. The waiter was attentive before, during, and after the meal.

16/03/2026: Avoid the cocktails as they're not great, and there are no appetizers. The owner is friendly but works alone. The food is good, but there's not much choice. We won't be going back.

27/07/2026: Beautiful beach. The only downside is the very limited supervised area, which creates a significant concentration of people per square meter... Difficult to move around in there for bodyboarders...
