I agree with all the positive reviews. HOWEVER, on a weekday, we arrived at 12:20 PM: 1. Of the two daily specials, only one remained, namely white pudding. The guinea fowl had been replaced with pork stir-fry. 2. The crumble for dessert was gone! Fortunately, the other dishes were very good. 3. Finally, the bill did not match the menu we were served. Thank you for the warm welcome and service. We stop at roadside and workers' restaurants, so we can make objective comparisons.

We did not stop in for lunch, only drinks. We were struck by the very friendly staff who then unasked, gave us numerous samples of their food. This is an authentic high quality restaurant and the samples were amazing. Our wives were reluctant frog leg eaters, but no more! We will certainly try to stop by for a full lunch if we are close by in the future.
