I agree with all the positive reviews. HOWEVER, on a weekday, we arrived at 12:20 PM: 1. Of the two daily specials, only one remained, namely white pudding. The guinea fowl had been replaced with pork stir-fry. 2. The crumble for dessert was gone! Fortunately, the other dishes were very good. 3. Finally, the bill did not match the menu we were served. Thank you for the warm welcome and service. We stop at roadside and workers' restaurants, so we can make objective comparisons.

Large parking area that can accommodate several trucks. Rustic decor with instruments from a bygone era. Friendly welcome. The dining room isn't very big, but the terrace is superb. I enjoyed the well-stocked appetizer buffet with salads and cold cuts, as well as the dessert buffet, all for a reasonable price in a pleasant setting. See you soon!

We had a surprise birthday party, everything was great, the food was excellent, and the staff were really very kind.

Great restaurant, everything is homemade with an all-you-can-eat appetizer and dessert buffet. The frog legs are excellent. The staff is fantastic. And the price is under €20 for an appetizer, main course, and dessert...just what we like! I highly recommend it.

We did not stop in for lunch, only drinks. We were struck by the very friendly staff who then unasked, gave us numerous samples of their food. This is an authentic high quality restaurant and the samples were amazing. Our wives were reluctant frog leg eaters, but no more! We will certainly try to stop by for a full lunch if we are close by in the future. Thank you Christian, we will remember the drinks as an exceptional experience and we hope that you enjoy the biltong.
