My favorite Japanese restaurant, truly impeccable. I spent Valentine's Day at Sushi GM; it was a very pleasant experience, the food was absolutely delicious and refined, and the staff was so welcoming, smiling, kind, and attentive. I've been coming for years and have never been disappointed. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

Sushi GM in Mulhouse, France, is located in the city center and is nicely decorated. I was with some very charming company, and despite the open-plan layout, it was easy to have a conversation. The service was very friendly, but a bit disorganized that evening. 😉 We had to call the server to order, even though the restaurant was only about a third full. To be fair, there were a lot of people ordering takeout. It can get pretty busy on a Saturday. Our appetizers and main course arrived promptly, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Anyone who eats wasabi like pistachio paste has only themselves to blame! 😂 To finish, we wanted a cappuccino and an espresso. They didn't have cappuccino, which was perfectly fine! So we ordered coffee instead, and then two espressos arrived. These things happen... no big deal. This was our second time there, and it certainly won't be our last!
