All Japanese cuisine - miso, wakame, gyoza, sashimi, sushi. If there's still room, some tempura.... Japanese white wine, Oraya, peach flavor. Goes very well with sashimi and sushi There is even sukiyaki, look at page 7, sheet 3 (central) of the menu. Asian service, they speak French well, very kind, smiling and welcoming. It's a change from industrial sushi shops. “Homemade”, by competent cooks. I recommend, for a change of scenery in Elsass.

Incredible discovery a little over a year ago now Since when I think of sushi it's Sushi GM that I think of, the products are fresh, the service is pleasant and the taste is there in each dish.

Pleasant place inside, soft music, despite a view of a parking lot. Quality sushi, I had an assortment of sushi, maki and sashimi. On the other hand, don't order takeout! I was told 10 minutes of waiting, ultimately 25 minutes of waiting, too long when we have a 45 minute break! You might as well take your time and eat there!

Oh Sushi Bar

26/08/2024: Very good and original sushi. The staff is very friendly. I recommend it and I will return with great pleasure.
24/08/2024: We went to dinner at the sushi bar last night for the first time and what an experience! A warm welcome, a wide choice of extra fresh and original products that we are not necessarily used to seeing in sushi restaurants, special mention to the scallop sashimi and ramen! The prices are justified in view of the quality of the products used.
