I was greeted by very friendly lady. I believe she’s the owner. Food was great and even though my French isn’t great we understood each other. I ate here 2 times and highly recommend it to all!

A delightful moment at Le Coq d’Or before heading to the flea market. A warm welcome and service, the couscous was delicious. The music was perfect (thanks Marwin 🤠). The crème brûlée was sublime. A must-visit when you're in the neighborhood.

A restaurant I always enjoy returning to! The welcome is warm, you almost feel at home with attentive, family-style service. And above all, the food is truly excellent 🤩 My usual favorite is the prune and lamb tagine… a real winner! But today, I opted for the carpaccio, and I wasn't disappointed. A place I highly recommend!

What can I say? It exceeded my expectations. We had lamb tagines (with prunes) and a chicken tagine, and they were absolutely delicious. I mean it; everything was perfectly balanced and melted in your mouth. The staff pampers you, listens attentively, and is friendly enough to let you know when it's busy and there's a bit of a wait. So, a fantastic meal, fantastic service, and a lovely staff. A complete success.

27/04/2026: A delightful surprise. Everything was just right: the soup was absolutely delicious, the oysters very fresh, the pâté excellent, the ravioli with their perfectly executed sauce, and the caramel floating island dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. Generous portions, quality ingredients, and hearty dishes. The service was quick, pleasant, and relaxed. We were warmly welcomed and could enjoy our meal at our leisure. The atmosphere was more local than touristy, with a clientele of regulars, a welcome change from places that cater to just passing through. I highly recommend this restaurant.
