Second visit, and just as satisfied as before! Simple but excellent cuisine, good quality ingredients, homemade, real cooking! A very pleasant welcome, clean and well-maintained establishment. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return!

My husband and I came here by chance, and I ordered a salad with warm goat cheese and prosciutto: excellent, served with a white sauce that I love. The warm goat cheese toasts were both generous and delicious. Great value for money.

We arrived early by bike in the rain and were very well received, our belongings were dried, we were given immediate access to our room and enjoyed a very good meal.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Hôtel des Cévennes. The welcome was fantastic, the owners very friendly, and the rooms comfortable. The surrounding area offers beautiful scenery and plenty to do, including sightseeing and walks. The hotel is very clean and the food is excellent! We'll be back!

We stay at this establishment once or twice a year and everything is always perfect! Impeccable rooms, excellent restaurant menus! And Carole and Bruno's welcome is friendly and warm. We look forward to returning.

We were able to eat at the restaurant, and the menus were excellent, with superb service. The mixed salad was delicious, the local trout (from a producer just a few kilometers away) was delicious, served with ratatouille, potato gratin, and a delightful dessert. We highly recommend it.
