We manage a hotel-restaurant ourselves, and we're on holiday at the campsite next to it. We had a reservation for 8 pm, and as there are seven of us, we arrived 12 minutes late... being on holiday, we were relaxed. The owner pointed it out to us immediately, which I think is rather unprofessional, and I know what I'm talking about. We were served our starters even though we didn't have water, bread, or even the bottle of wine we'd ordered as an aperitif. There were only three waitresses in total for the entire dining room and terrace. The wait wasn't too long, though... we ate well, and the prices were reasonable. It was unprofessional when, barely 11 pm, they cleared our glasses and insisted we close at 11 pm... at that point, they should stop selling alcohol at 10:45 pm so customers aren't forced to down their drinks in one gulp. Furthermore, the online hours, which incorrectly state midnight, need updating. Three times during our week-long vacation, the establishment made us feel pressured to leave, even with the live music events that ended at 11 PM. It's a shame. I understand the regulations. But there's also the matter of professionalism and decency. At some point, you have to retire, hand over the reins, or do something else. This establishment could really use a management overhaul.

Good, quality food, but disorganized service: 30-minute wait for the aperitif, unfriendly elderly waitress, lost young waitresses. Too bad, the service does not do justice to the quality of the food.
