Restaurant Les Galopins sur Malleval-En-Vercors

A magnificent inn with a superb welcome. An extraordinary meal, everything is homemade and delicious, all at a very reasonable price. The setting is splendid; it's well worth the detour.

We stopped for coffee on our motorcycles. We ordered the caffè crema. Everyone loved it. Other bikers we told about it agreed. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find out what kind of beans are used for this crema. If anyone knows, please let me know!

We set off on a trek for a few days, but had to cut our adventure short because one of us was no longer able to walk. One of us went to the village to find help. The owners of the guesthouse kindly gave us a lift back to our car after picking us up higher up the mountain. Many thanks to them for their kindness! Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the rooms or the food, but we'll have to try them next time!

What a surprise to find a restaurant at the end of this incredible road through the Gorges du Nan in the Vercors! Not just a restaurant, but an excellent one!! And superb service!!! Thank you and well done! We were lucky enough to be welcomed without an appointment, but I think it's best to make a reservation.

We had a wonderful time at your campsite this past weekend, from July 31st to August 2nd. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place. The inn is just a stone's throw away, and they offer delicious homemade dishes, beautifully presented 👌 Well done on your vanilla scallops, they were excellent ⭐ And your creamy burrata tomato was also delicious 👏 A big thank you to your waitress who made our stay so pleasant and gave us a warm welcome. And your frozen nougat for a sweet treat the next afternoon was perfect 👌 👌 😘 Quiet campsite + impeccable restaurant and service 👌👏 We will definitely be back 🥰 Karl and Cécile Torres

A magical place. The terrace where we ate was cool, shaded, and offered a magnificent view! The service was impeccable: welcoming, efficient, and friendly. The food was excellent! In short, we had a wonderful meal and we will be back.
