A lovely discovery during our visit to the village. Good value for money. There was a bit of a wait between courses, but acceptable for a Sunday, and the staff were pleasant.

This restaurant is a real gem. From the appetizer to the dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house wine was superb. The service was excellent. One of the best restaurants we've ever been to.

A delightful evening at the restaurant “Les Millésimes”. Everything I love to find: a blend of authenticity, quality ingredients, an enchanting setting, good cheer, and a genuine passion for hospitality, creation, and sharing. A must-visit. For those feeling nostalgic, this restaurant was the filming location for the TV series “Une famille formidable” (A Wonderful Family). A series brimming with love for our region, it drew its inspiration from the life of this village and this restaurant, where everything is interconnected: the butcher, the vineyard, and the kitchen, all coming together to delight our palates and our eyes. Thank you to the Paillot family.

It's still very good, but the service has deteriorated significantly since my last visit. We ordered a main course and dessert, and it took 2 hours and 45 minutes 😥 We had indicated that we weren't in a hurry, but to be treated so poorly by the waiters... It's a shame, I really like this place.

My wife and I dined here whilst on holiday in Noyers. The weather is currently 39•C, and so there is no outside dining, so dining is in doors in the beautifully cool and refreshing dining room which is very relaxing. The waiter service was of a professional standard and delightful. The food is simply, superb! The wine selection is perfect. The entire experience was one that we will remember for a long time.

23/06/2026: We ate at this restaurant whilst staying in Noyers. The service, atmosphere of the place is very good. The food is very flavourful. However, we ordered a beef steak to share for 2 people, and there was no denying it was delicious, but the price of it was not made clear at the point of ordering. We were charged a lot more than we thought. So, to be clear for future patrons, a clear pricing list must and should be made available to avoid dissatisfaction at the time of settling the bill.
15/06/2026: During our stroll through Noyers (a magnificent village), we were instantly charmed by this establishment. Despite our late arrival, we were greeted with a smile and shown into a beautiful garden... We suddenly felt like we were on vacation! The menu isn't exhaustive, but it was a delight to discover the offerings, all prepared with impeccable skill, a feast for both the eyes and the palate! The service was incredibly pleasant, with the entire team providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to eat well and receive excellent service, you've come to the right place! We (Parisians and newcomers to Burgundy) will be happy to return.
