While vacationing for a few days in the charming village of Noyers-sur-Serein, we had dinner at the restaurant Les Millésimes. The welcome was warm and the food, some of which was prepared in front of the guests, was delicious (grilled meats cooked over a brazier). The owner, who works with his father, a butcher and delicatessen owner in Noyers, offers high-quality meat. We enjoyed it so much that we even returned for dinner the following day. Everything was perfect: the setting, the friendly service, and the quality of the homemade dishes. A special mention goes to the accompanying gratin—a true delight.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday! Excellent welcome! A friendly, medieval-style place! A beautiful room with a large, working fireplace where the very attentive owner is in action right in front of you! Delicious meal with quality ingredients! Top-notch waiter with great advice! Not a single flaw! We don't regret our two-hour drive to visit this very unique village! We'll be back!

Wonderful moments spent at this restaurant! We were lucky enough to enjoy our coffee in the sunshine on the terrace!
The meal was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it! And the wine served was just as good!
