All in delicacy. Refined cuisine, attentive and responsive service, very pleasant setting. Certainly the price is a little higher than more traditional restaurants but is justified by a service well above average, both in terms of the quality of the cuisine and that of the service.

Cozy, calm, the only thing is a little far from a 5 star hotel. Clean, great staff. The restaurant has a simple interior, but the menu is top notch! Very tasty, the wine list is also good. Breakfast for the residents of the villa is poor and of the same type. I recommend.

Top service and a magnificent view of Rouffach and the entire Alsace plain. In the middle of the vineyards! excellent service and delicious daily menu during the week.

We had an excellent stay in an idyllic setting. All the staff are very pleasant and available with a particular mention for the service in the dining room. Would not change a thing

Trop inventer fait oublier que la délicatesse des saveurs naît de la subtilité de leurs associations. L'humour du chef de rang relève le menu.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment, la cuisine est très bonne, la vue exceptionnelle sur la ville de Rouffach, et le service impeccable, mené de main de maître par Olivier et son équipe

We really had a good time, the hostess who provides the service is very friendly, concerned about the well-being of the customers and the progress of their meal, a passionate about oenology who perfectly recommends the food/wine pairing, I I really enjoyed this Christmas menu!
