Excellent experience, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert and sweet treats. A very warm welcome, impeccable and prompt service. A pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The "Voiles d'Or" tasting menu was an impromptu affair: flavorful, varied, and generous dishes. Beautifully presented with a delightful interplay of textures. A wide selection of cheeses. Excellent value for money for a Michelin-starred restaurant, given the quality and diversity of the ingredients. I highly recommend it to lovers of fine dining! Best wishes.

We discovered this excellent restaurant during our visit to Dieppe. A big thank you for the all-fish menu. The presentation and taste of the dishes were of very high quality. The service was very professional and pleasant. We highly recommend this restaurant.

A magical place...extraordinary...of exceptional quality...impeccable service...a very warm welcome...having traveled the world...I have never seen such a restaurant!!!

Disappointed by our experience. Perhaps we arrived on the wrong day, but the waitress was alone in the dining room, which made for very long service (especially at the start) and hardly friendly. We could hear her arguing with the chef in the kitchen, who seemed to be complaining that the dishes weren't leaving quickly enough, and she told him he should just replace her and that she only had two hands. We asked for advice on wine, felt like we were in the way, and she dismissed us by saying "I'll let you think about it" and leaving, just as we were mid-sentence. We were left speechless. I understand that she might be in a hurry, but if the service can't be good when she's alone, we need to recruit more staff or have fewer tables. Regarding the main course, we had the "all fish" menu. The scallops were very good as a starter. The ingredients are high-quality, no doubt about that. However, the dishes as a whole lacked originality and seasoning. The sides were fairly basic (mashed potatoes and mushroom duxelles with the second course). There was no interplay of textures or tangy/seared flavors to enhance the experience. It was generous, but I would have preferred less, but more work. And above all, two of my fish were overcooked and therefore dry. Not acceptable for me in a one-star fish restaurant and given the size of the bill. Given the waitress's attitude, I admit we didn't dare say anything at the time. But I wish I had known that before booking.

We were won over by the quality of the dishes: true culinary mastery, precise flavors, and excellent value for money for a Michelin-starred restaurant. There's nothing to complain about in the kitchen; it's a great success. However, one incident somewhat clouded the experience. A customer inadvertently pressed the doorbell reserved for guests with reduced mobility. The hostess immediately expressed her irritation quite visibly. And this behavior was repeated several times, despite the customer's sincere apologies. While the need to preserve dedicated facilities is understandable, the reaction seemed disproportionate and hardly in keeping with the level of hospitality expected in a Michelin-starred establishment. Elegance should be expressed as much in the service as in the food.

Excellent surprise, with a complete tasting menu, hearty based on fish. The service, the room and the atmosphere are in accordance with the Michelin star. A real plus for the breads, especially flax, and the dish with the fricassee of chanterelles :).
