I went up there for thrills. How happy would it have been to feel them while enjoying all these dishes.
It’s beautiful, it’s undeniable, as you’ll see, but it’s so good, so subtle while still being generous. The mix of flavors and textures is carefully measured, the cooking is perfectly mastered and they are local products. Don't get lost elsewhere, if you only have to do one, this is the one to discover. You will not be disappointed. Promised.
Believers or non-believers, take the time to reflect for a moment in the Chapel, the show will complete the one that awaits you on your plate and in your heart.

Each dish surprised us, amazed us, delighted us, Tristan is an artist and he is the greatest chef we know.
