It’s been a while since I’ve been to L’Estaque. L'Etincelle, an unmissable place, which offers a sublime view facing the port, still surprises both in terms of the sober and classy decoration of this restaurant, as well as in terms of taste and presentation of the dishes. For us it was a delight and we were able to taste tuna steak, seafood parillada and the unmissable lamb shank! We also had the pleasure of getting to know the manager and chef who was taking a tour of the room. Definitely the best address on Estaque beach!

Several visits to this restaurant which is in my top 3 in terms of cuisine. It’s good, fine and hearty. We return there as soon as the opportunity presents itself, a gem among the “tourist trap” restaurants in the surrounding area.

For my part, prawn linguine was tasty but garnished with salad, candied tomatoes and balsamic sauce without much culinary interest.

A superb evening spent at the restaurant sparked the spark, among other things, thanks to Thibaud’s service!
A top server, attentive and attentive and very good food. The “lemon finger” dessert, a pure delight. I advise everyone to try it. It was excellent.

Good food ! (Table reserved and served after all the customers who arrived without reservation) 😣so we waited 1 hour 10 minutes for the first course! The waitress was alone on Sunday lunchtime to do everything! moderately friendly so under the stress of service and collection! Not sure we'll come back! Too bad it’s still a good restaurant!!!
